Matter: Adam Paxon

The Jerwood award-winning jewellery artist Adam Paxon becomes part of the subject in the Maker/Curator series from IC:Innovative Craft and Dovecot Studios.  This exhibition will look at the four exhibitions Adam curated during May and June and how these link to his own practice.  The exhibition will also feature a retrospective of Adam’s work including his most recent work inspired by his visits to the four makers featured in the original Matter series.

This Matter exhibition will offer a glimpse into the exhibitions curated by Adam of four of the UK’s leading jewellers and silversmiths as captured by the photographer Shannon Tofts.  The four makers featured were Drummond Masterton, Charlotte de Syllas, Lina Peterson and David Poston.
