'Tree in a Vegetable Garden' by Paul Scott & Ann Linnemann part of Taking Time, January 2010
To coincide with Taking Time: Craft and the Slow Revolution, an exhibition which features the reflections of 19 international contemporary makers and artists on the Slow Revolution, Slow Food Edinburgh is bringing together the values implicit in this art with those found in good local food. A series of events will offer a special tour of the exhibition combined with an introduction to and tasting of local food and drink.
Thursday 4th March features introductions to craft beer by Catherine Maxwell Stuart of Traquair House Brewery and artisan breadmaking from Campbell Barbee of Peter’s Yard Bakery.
Tickets £10 for each session, £18 to attend both.
