Taking Time… with Food & Drink

To coincide with Taking Time: Craft and the Slow Revolution, an exhibition which features the reflections of 19 international contemporary makers and artists on the Slow Revolution, Slow Food Edinburgh is bringing together the values implicit in this art with those found in good local food.  A series of events will offer a special tour of the exhibition combined with an introduction to and tasting of local food and drink.

Thursday 11th March features introductions to craft beer by Stewart Brewing of Loanhead and artisan cheesemaking from Jane Stuart of the St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company.

Tickets £10 for each session, £18 to attend both.
