Heatwork has been developed by two of Scotland’s leading contemporary ceramists, Craig Mitchell and Frances Priest, using their considerable skill as makers and experienced teachers to run innovative team building workshops for Scottish companies seeking to improve the creative thinking skills of their workforce.

The first in a series of three touring exhibitions planned by the Jerwood Charitable Foundation, this show acknowledges the place that makers now inhabit, mixing up different kinds of practice acknowledging that makers using different materials often have ideas in common.
